Refund policy
Returns
We have a 3-day return window, which means you have 3 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email shopmilanpenthouse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear/use or are missing original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Wise bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer). Please allow a few business days for processing after approval.
