Terms of Service (Milan Penthouse)

By accessing or purchasing from Milan Penthouse (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the terms below.

1) Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing/website errors.

2) Payments

We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer (Canada) and Wise bank transfer (USA + Int'l). Orders are processed and shipped after payment is received. If payment is not received within the posted payment window, the order may be canceled.

3) Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping where stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has shipped, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Tracking is provided when available.

4) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout. An accurate address is solely the customers responsibility.

5) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.

6) Product Information

We aim to display product details and images as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and supplier batches.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan Penthouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by Milan Penthouse or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
