Free shipping is available on all orders.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is delivered to the address provided on the order, we can’t issue a refund or replacement.
Multiple packages: If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. This happens occasionally, not every time.
Delivery timeline: Most orders arrive in 8–15 business days, but please allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Carrier delays: Once an order is shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. Delays can happen and aren’t refundable on their own.
Lost or stolen packages: If your package is lost in transit, you’ll need to start a claim with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate it, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier (we’ll provide any info they require).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t predict or estimate these charges in advance. If you have questions about fees, contact your local customs office or carrier for details. This charge is determined solely by your country's government, and never by Milan Penthouse or shipping carriers.
